We build software from the physics up
Fluidika is an applied industrial software company. For fifteen years we have built high-precision numerical software for thermal engineering - cooling tower analysis, water and steam properties, psychrometrics - implemented from the international standards that govern them, and used in production by engineers around the world.
Today we also build manufacturing execution systems and industrial AI. That is not a pivot - it is the same discipline applied further down the plant. A production system is a model of a process. So is a steam table. We have simply been doing one of them for longer.

Start from the process
Most industrial software is written by people learning the manufacturing as they go. We model what is physically happening first, and build the software around it. It shows in the result.
Fit the plant, not the product
We read from the controllers you already own rather than requiring a standard you do not have. The awkward, mixed, decades-old estate is the normal case, not the exception.
Say what is true
Including when a project is not worth doing, when the data will not support what is being asked of it, or when the honest first step is measurement rather than the thing you came to buy.
Small, and deliberately so
You deal with the engineers who build your system, not an account manager relaying messages. That is only possible at our size, and it is worth protecting.
Stay after go-live
A production system needs maintaining for as long as the plant depends on it. We operate what we build, which means we live with our own decisions.
Your data is yours
Systems run on your infrastructure, inside the EU. We do not hold your production data on our servers, and we do not build a business on access to it.
A European company
Fluidika s.r.o. is based in the Czech Republic, in the middle of one of the densest manufacturing regions in Europe. That is not incidental. Our flagship MES runs in this country; the plants we serve are within a few hours' travel; we work in the same time zone as our clients; and the systems we build keep their data inside the EU because that is where we and they both are.
