Systems running in production

Our clients operate in sectors where confidentiality is taken seriously, so some of our work is described without naming the company. Where we cannot name a client publicly, we can often still arrange a direct conversation with them - which tends to be worth more than a case study anyway.

IN PRODUCTION

Full-process MES at a tire-reinforcement plant

A manufacturing execution system covering the complete production process, from wire drawing through plating, at an automotive-supply plant in Central Europe. The system reads from a mixed estate of Siemens and LSIS controllers alongside OPC UA servers, tracks production and traceability at unit level, monitors process conditions across the plating lines, and calculates OEE honestly from its three components. It runs on the client's own infrastructure and is operated and maintained by us as an ongoing service.

The group has since chosen the same system for a second plant, in another country, which is being brought onto it now.

Speak to a plant that runs our system

For serious enquiries we can arrange a conversation with people who use our MES daily - about what worked, what was difficult, and what they would do differently. It is the most honest reference available, and we would rather you had it than a brochure.

Fifteen years of delivered software

Our engineering software products are themselves a portfolio of delivered work - commercial implementations of international standards, maintained across five platforms over fifteen years, and used daily by engineers worldwide. They are the clearest public evidence of how we build.

IAPWS-IF97

Water and steam properties, Revision 2007, implemented across five platforms.

ASHRAE

Humid air psychrometrics from the Handbook of Fundamentals.

CTI ATC-105

Cooling tower performance evaluation and demand curve analysis.
